The project manager will be working as a part of our product/project team driving the mobile development from initiation through to implementation working while managing and monitoring teams. The project manager should have relevant experience of mobile development and comfortable working with colleagues on and offshore and within a matrix environment. Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a must.
This role will best suit an individual who works under pressure, is well organised, pragmatic and a lateral thinker and can work in a systematic, process-driven environment.
- Experience developing mobiles applications in a fast-paced work environment
- Should have strong attention to detail and eye for quality
- Experience in managing cost, scope and timelines without affecting quality
- Should be a strong team player. Able to conduct meetings to monitor progress and resolve team conflicts

Senior SQA Engineers – Team Leads (2 Openings)
As part of our QA team, you will be largely responsible for testing, evaluating, and proposing improvements to features and processes of our Mobile platform and managing the QA team
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Junior testers and QA Engineers.
- Define, write, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for functional, integration and regression testing
- Create an Automated tests and test execution reports for management and the product team
- Provide feedback in sprint planning sessions, design and specification reviews
- Participate in daily project meetings
- Maintain and assist in deploying builds to the test environment
- Partner and interface daily with overseas QA team in planning Mobile test environment
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years professional experience with hands-on software testing, in a quality assurance testing role or software development capacity
- At least 2 year experience testing or developing on various mobile platforms, testing native apps on iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch), Android, BlackBerry, WebOS, etc.
- Must be detail oriented. Experience creating well-written test cases with test execution plans.
- Experience documenting test cases, bug reporting, test execution, and reporting test status.
- Proven experience working in small, cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication (written and verbal) skills to gather requirements and communicate with Developers and other QA engineers as well as customer support representatives.
- Automation experience (e.g. Selenium) or proficiency in PHP, Python, or Ruby is a big plus.
